Logan Sankey, Steamboat Springs, COFly Girl

Hi! My name is Logan Sankey and I am a 17 year old student athlete living and training in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Winter sports are my passion. I have been ripping down the ski slopes since the age of 2 and haven’t stopped loving it.

When I moved to Steamboat full-time I became immersed in the world of competitive skiing; I wanted to try it all! Ski racing, freestyle, Nordic, you name it. However in my experience, there is no feeling comparable to that which comes when flying through the air on a pair of skis. It is for this reason that I decided to pursue ski jumping. I love it more with each passing day.

Through the sport I have been able to travel the world and meet people from all over. It has helped me to learn discipline and develop work ethic. This past year I was named to the Women’s Ski Jumping USA Development Team and I can’t wait to continue to making strides to become the best person and athlete I can be. Women’s Ski Jumping USA has been incredibly empowering for girls like me all over the country and I hope you consider donating to this fabulous organization.

    Fundraising for Fly Girls Camp!
I have been selected again to take part in the 2015 Fly Girls Camp and Program, hosted by Women’s Ski Jumping USA. This is an invitation camp for the top U.S. juniors. The cost of the 5-week-long camp is $2,000 and WSJ-USA is matching up to $1,000 of what I raise on this RallyMe campaign.

Thank you for your support and check out the cool swag we have to offer as a gift for your support. No amount is too small!
